Tuesday, March 10

Today was a day of clarity. I was able to focus and get a lot of stuff done. It’s an amazing feeling. I reached out to a few trusted friends for opinions on this site, and they were all very positive, yeay!

M was out to dinner with a friend, so when I got home, I got more stuff done, made myself some sauteed mushrooms and spinach for dinner, which I ate while mindlessly watching TV, flipping between American Idol (simply because it’s the only thing always on) and amazing athlete survival stories. It seems more of our channels work now, bringing the total to about five, without paying for cable. Maybe they upgraded the network for the digital switch that will supposedly happen soon.

M came home and I made an insensitive remark, which started a whole discussion about timing and picking your battles — the last thing we both wanted. After about ten minuted of heated discussion, we were back to snuggling on the sofa. They say love is blind, but maybe it should also be dumb?
