I did read Mr. Pinks book, very motivational, especially for creatives that may feel that they don&#039;t matter as much as they used to. Not true!</description>

		<description>I really like this post.  I had thought about how awful those old &quot;motivational&quot; posters are and they seem to be everywhere!  I don&#039;t get it really.  I am a teacher and have done a lot of reading about right-brain learning and design recently.  Have you read the book A Whole New Mind by Daniel Pink?  It&#039;s so interesting!  These alternative motivational posters are cool and I love how much they leave to the imagination.  Thanks for sharing!</description>
